Your website will be designed using WIX Studio and CMS Databases, this is an example of a Database Collection which stores all the iCal links from the External websites. Using Velo code the new bookings from these websites are imported automatically every 2 hours (or as often as your require).
Once new bookings are imported they will be stored in another CMS Database, this will hold the Booking Source (where was it imported from) the Villa Name, Check In Date and Check Out Date.
The Admin Staff can monitor whether the imports were working correctly without having to be technical, they would have their own website page showing when the last import happened and if it was successful.
The Admin Staff can also see the new bookings added after every import, they can filter via various options. This helps when there are last minute bookings for the Cleaning Schedules.
As well as importing from External Booking websites it is also critical to export to them, a website page can display the export links so the Villa Owners can add them to their own profile on the External website.
